A special thank you to Dr. Sejal Shah and Dr. Meen Patel – your professionalism, empathy, and ability to truly understand each patient’s situation make a real difference. Your guidance is always clear, reassuring, and in the best interest of our health.
To the reception staff, Dahar and Kaushika – your kindness, patience, and helpful nature create a welcoming environment every time. You consistently go above and beyond to assist and guide patients in the right direction.
And to Manager Meena – your leadership and understanding are deeply appreciated. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that patients feel supported and respected.
Together, you all form a team that not only provides excellent medical care but also treats every individual with compassion and dignity. Thank you for being there, for listening, and for always doing your best.

Very poor

As a terminall cancer patient , rang for appointment to see a GP but unfortunately the receptionist advised me to go and se the pharmacist even though I wanted to see the doctor , asked for telephone appointment too .

Check the computer to see if the patient is terminally ill and give priority accordingly

Very good

My experience was very positive. Ther staff at this GP Practice are helpful and understanding. The GP made me feel at ease and was empathetic.

Poor

Receptionist always want to know why you need an appointment and then they try and fob you off to a physician or go pharmacy and I feel my conversation with drs are private I don’t want to tell Receptionist what’s wrong with me

Staff at reception mamta really need to be understanding and friendly rather then just doing what they like

Good

Staff and the Doctor that I saw were courteous and in particular the Doctor understood my issue and did not rush me.

Big improvements from previous visits.
