GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in European Law based on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. This regulation replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 and comes into effect from 25th May 2018. It has been noted that this regulation will take place regardless of Brexit (leaving the European Union).
